Concerns have been raised about the participation of a UK science vessel in an Arctic tourist voyage. Funded by the UK government, the RRS Ernest Shackleton normally carries out support work for the British Antarctic Survey (BAS). But this summer the ice breaker has been chartered to accompany a luxury liners voyage in the Arctic. Critics say its inappropriate for a vessel dedicated to science to support tourism in such a fragile area. Global warming has seen a rapid rise in the number of ships travelling through Arctic waters in recent years. The Northwest Passage - a short cut from Asia to Europe through the Canadian Arctic - first became fully clear of ice in the summer in 2007. Since then only a handful of ships have travelled the route - 17 in 2015, according to the US Coast Guard. This summer the Crystal Serenity aims to become the biggest passenger ship yet to attempt to sail through the famous route. Starting in Alaska, the 32-day voyage will see the 1,700 passengers and crew travel 1,500km across the top of Canada, ultimately ending in New York. Berths on the 14-deck luxury liner are not cheap, starting at around $20,000 per person and running up to $120,000 for a deluxe stateroom. While the route is accessible to ships, it is not ice-free and the company behind the voyage has chartered the ice breaker, RRS Ernest Shackleton, from the British Antarctic Survey.

I keep purchasing to upgrade protection to cover more data and it wont go through even though it says it does and then it blocks me from going online to check email or do anything

My trial ended earlier than it was supposed to and then they charged me for the subscription but it disconnected me and doesnt let me connect even when I turn of my phone etc. What a waste of money.

I paid for the full version and continue to get ads! Every time I want to go online I have to goto the app watch an ad then sometimes I can get it to connect! I emailed support and didnt get a response! Reporting them to the Apple Store!

Vpn works really good. I really like it, but it disconnects everytime i lock my phone and its kind of irritating.

2. Im unable to cancel the service on their website because it always says ""An unknown error has occurred, please contact their support email"". I sent them an email last year (yes last year!) to cancel the service ( annual renewed) , and they said it was canceled. But today (Sep. 5, 2015) I received an email says it still in used.
